Refund Policy: By purchase you accept the following Terms & Conditions: 1. If you are unhappy with ANY of our NEW products, please call OR E-MAIL us within 24 hours of receipt. You are responsible for returning the merchandise to us within 3 business days. You must pay for round-trip shipping. We advise shipping the return with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Additionally a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the original shipping charges. The item must be UNUSED. If it is not UNUSED, you will not be refunded and have the option of the item being shipped back to you at your cost. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR IF AN ITEM IS ADVERTISED ON SALE, AN ITEM WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL. THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DO A FULL INSURANCE INVESTIGATION PRIOR TO ANY CREDIT BEING ISSUED IF YOU ARE DO ONE. If a package is damaged either refuse it OR have the driver note the package was damaged when you sign for it. 2. For those that contact us within the 1 day business period, after delivery, the items can not be returned and no credit will be issued. If you send us merchandise after the one day, no credit will be issued and if you want the merchandise back you must pay for return shipping charges. After 30 days, the returned products will be donated to an appropriate non-profit organization. 3. Any items which are discounted beyond their listed prices, can not be returned -- under any circumstances unless they were delivered defective. In the event they were delivered defective, we will send you a replacement as long as you send us the defective order back within 24 hours of receipt. 4. For used/refurbished equipment or parts there are no returns/refunds available, all sales are final. 5. Fitness machines are sold as used. Machines will be in 100% functioning condition with signs of normal wear & tear. No warranty is implied or expressed unless provided in writing. 6. For used fitness equipment, all sales are final with no returns allowed. 7. For fitness equipment, delivery is strictly curbside which means at the end of your curb closest the main street. 8. For NEW smaller products, they are delivered by UPS, USPS, or Federal Express Ground. Delivery method is at the choice of our company. 9. Any NSF/returned payments, for any reasons, are subject to a $35 return item fee plus any and all collection costs.
